Arrival and departure – Guests are asked to arrive after 3pm and depart before 10am unless stated otherwise on your Reservation Agreement. We request that cottages are left clean and tidy on departure.
We have a strict no pet policy inside our holiday homes.
All of our accommodation non-smoking.
Bed Linen, Towels and Tea Towels are provided.
The property is available only for the number of people as quoted on the Reservation Agreement. Any other guests using the facilities will be asked to leave unless this has been notified and given permission by email from Stay Derbyshire.
We request that all our guests endeavour:
- To keep the property clean and tidy
- To leave the property in a similar condition as you found it when you arrived
- To strip beds of bed linen (not pillow or mattress protectors) prior to your departure
- No excessive wear and tear or breakages
- To remove all bottles and rubbish from the property
- To move furniture back to its original place
- Dirty crockery/cutlery/glasses to be washed & put away
- Food cupboards, fridges and freezers are cleared out
- Hot tub lids are replaced
- Outdoor cushions put away
In the event of breakages or damage we request that you please notify us.
Deposit – On booking we require a 10% non-refundable deposit.
Balance – We require payment of remaining balance in full 45 days prior to check-in, you will receive an automated email to inform you.
Cancellations – Prior to 45 days, cancellation will result in the loss of your 10% deposit. A cancellation within the 45 days prior to check will result in the loss of the full price of the booking. In exceptional circumstances we will consider each case at our discretion. To cancel at anytime you will need to contact us directly at info@stayderbyshire.com
In an event of the accommodation becoming unavailable due to a problem with the house or its facilities, we have the right to cancel your reservation in advance and you will be refunded the full amount of the booking. We would only cancel your accommodation if it was unavailable for reasons beyond our control such as fire, flooding or structural problems. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation – however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you for the holiday. Liability would not extend beyond this refund.
Utility Supply – Stay Derbyshire cannot accept responsibility for a shortage of water or a lack of electricity at the Accommodation where this is as a result of a drought, an act or omission of the relevant water or electricity supply company or for any other reason outside of Stay Derbyshire’s reasonable control.
Insurance – Guests’ personal belongings are not covered by our insurance.
